Breaking: Novum aspires to be the bucket shop of choice: Beaufort Corporate broking team set to sign this morning

It is not yet a done deal but my sources tell me that the corporate broking team led by Jon "for 5% I will raise cash for any old crap" Bellis from shamed Belfort Securities, now in administration, has this very morning just arrived at Novum Securities.

Beaufort on MySquar - is this the worst broker note of the year?

Clearly no-one told Belfort Securities that its star client in the fraud sector, MySquar (MYSQ) was going to have a disastrous lack of profits warning today which exposed how it had massively misled investors for months. Because yesterday it urged its clients to fill their boots at 4.02p with a 21p target. At least this shows that at Belfort the Chinese walls between research and broking have no chinks in them. The shares are now 2.98p and are worth 0p. Over to Belfort....

Fox Marble , shares down on Beaufort appointment - unfair but the RNS is a lie from a brain dead PR firm

Shares in Fox Marble (FOX) fell by almost 10% to 8.25p-8.5p on the back of news that it had appointed Beaufort Securities, Belfort Secs to its legion of admirers, as the company's joint broker. The assumption is that Belfort, whose clients are mainly bucket shops, will be doing a discounted placing. that is not the case, Fox has enough cash to get it through to profitability but Belfort's reputation proceeds it. Fox has gone on the record to say there is no placing.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Special: PR Genius Steffi, Beaufort Securities, the Vox rampfest and Solo Oil - the sordid underbelly of AIM

In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets. Investors need to be aware there is a massive stock overhang and a placing ahoy. They are being hoodwinked not by the company I stress but by its crony capitalist advisers and by those for whom Lenin's phrase "useful idiot" could not be more apt.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - I am Mr Angry, spitting nails all day

I am even more angry than I was on Monday. Those who have caused this are in no particular order: Reach4Entertainment (R4E), my selfish and lazy ex wife, Roger Lawson, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Belfort Securities and whoever is responsible for the League Cup quarter final draw, I also cover in detail Avocet Mining (AVM), IGAS, Magnolia Petroloeum (MAGP) and XCite Energy (XEL)

Bloody Hell - another Wishbone Placing as Beaufort Securities shows naked greed

Just when Wishbone (WSBN) shares were getting going again after the last placing conducted by Belfort Securities to their spiv share flipping bucket shop mates, here we go again. Boy my morning has started well: not only do I have to suffer more laziness and abusive emails from my lazy, greedy bitch of a selfish bitch of an ex wife but this as well. I want to go back to bed.

Servision - overtakes the fraud African Potash with the most expensive loan in AIM history - 33%

Servision (SEV) has today announced its interim results and they are dismal. The company is bust and why it's advisors (Nomad Allenby, broker Belfort Securities & PR himbo Christian Taylor Wilkinson at Cadogan Leander) do not call it a day and walk defies belief. It shows all three are morally bankrupt. The results are analysed in a bearcast special HERE. But I flag up in itw own right a loan Servision has taken from Yorkville which seems to be the new, most expensive loan , in AIM Casino history - at 33% - it is 5 percentage points dearer than the loan the FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) took out from Katrina Clayton, the wife of its FD. Frankly Servision would be better off borrowing on Christian T-W's credit card and splitting the difference.

Wishbone Gold Placing - not in the script at all

I apologise to one and all over Wishbone Gold (WSBN) which has today completed a £600,000 placing at just 0.75p with broker Belfort Securities handing out shares to spiv bucket shop flippers. This was not on the script and I cannot recommend a purchase of the shares at 1.15p-1.2p. That the shares are up a tad today but fell in the run up to his placing tells you everything you need to know about forward selling on the AIM casino, especially when the broker is Belfort.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cloudtag, Starcom, Sunrise - Morons, like cockroaches, are everywhere & have few brain cells

Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!

Tom Winnifrith bonus bearcast: The AIM casino disgrace that is MySQUAR, I name & shame

AIM casino dog with fleas MySQUAR (MYSQ) has today managed a small bailout placing as it teetered on the verge orf bankruptcy just 13 months after its IPO. The roll call name of shame includes pompous PR supremo Piers Pottinger who is a NED, Nomad SP Angel, brokers Mirabaud and Belfort Securities. The shares have plunged to 4p (60% down on the IPO) but are in fact worth 0p. This is a ZERO, an AIM uber-dog. I look at the red flags, talk you through the maths and name the guilty men, the establishment fuckers, the 1% who have made money as poor old private investors took it up the jacksie again. Yes I am angry and use some bad language.

Alecto Minerals at 0.08p worth 0.31p claims Belfort Securities

I really don't take any notice at all of most (no make that nearly all) resaerch from Beaufort Securities but its mining analyst Sheldon Modeland is a sensible fellow and thus I bring you his latest note on Alecto Minerals (ALO).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Highland Natural at 19p, fair value 3p

A few words on logistics then after today's debacle at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) I explain why the shares are worth just 3p (or less). Then it is onto PCG Entertainment (PGCE), Jiasen (JSI), Belfort Securities and its morality vacuum, Tungsten (TUNG), Onzima (ONZ), IGAS (IGAS) and Solo (SOLO). Finally, more than a few words about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - its all about cash & shagging Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders

It seems that Dallas Cowboys News likes my tweets on the matter of its cheerleaders so I talk about them again. Then I move on to ECR Minerals (ECR), Servision (SEV) and the spivs at Belfort Securities, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Clarkson (CKSN), XCite Energy (XEL) and TrakM8 (TRAK)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Once a Fraud always a Norfolk (Eden) & Fisking Belfort Securities Research

Ahead of my hot date with the most amazing woman tonight I am just counting down the hours. Meanwhile I contemplate the nature of fraud with explicit reference to Eden Research (EDEN) which - pro tem - retains its AIM listing. I am sure PR fecking genius Paul Queenie McManus won't like what I say but he can just go chat to his BB Moron pals, smear me again and go fuck himself. Moving on I do a complete fisking of a "corporate hold" ( ie sell as fast as you can) research note from Belfort Securities on piece of Turkish Servision (SEV). Yes this podcast contains yet more quite appalling language.

You can read the Belfort note, which can also be used to wipe your arse with as it is not fit for anything else, HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: No-one is watching O'Clock Results from Servision - it is bust

I warn you that this podcast uses bad language as I am unspeakably angry about the numbers from AIM cesspit posterboy Servision (SEV). In so many ways its results, which were issued at no-one is watching O'clock yesterday, are a disgrace. At least it is prepared to admit to some of the financial crimes against humanity which I have accused it of. But it is clearly bust and I comment on its numbers, on what the directors and auditors say, on its partial admission of guilt and on the reprehensible behaviour of Jon Bellis and his colleagues at Belfort Securities around the time of the (grossly misleading) interims of 30 September. The target price is 0p as this company is almost bust and truly is a piece of Turkish.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 4 stocks worth 0p - Servision, CNEL, PCGE & Jiasen

Are you listening Jon Bellis at Belfort Securities? You know your form is acting for fraudsters and shite companies yet you are happy for Belfort to keep banking the retainers. This is morally wrong. How do you sleep at night? In this podcast I discuss four stocks that are each worth 0p: Jiasen (FRAUD) - broker Belfort Securities, Servision (SEV) - where are your crooked accounts? Broker Belfort Securities, China New Energy (CNEL) a fraud, broker the disgraced Daniel Stewart and PCG Entertainment (PCGE) another China Norfolk, broker Belfort Securities.
